Certifications
At Fungi Matrix, quality is more than a promise it’s certified. Learn more about our food safety, sustainability, and legal compliance.
CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species)
As our morel mushrooms are wild foraged from ecologically sensitive high-altitude forests, we comply with international conservation laws. We provide a CITES Export Permit, issued by Pakistans Ministry of Climate Change, to ensure that the trade is legal, sustainable, and traceable. This is especially important for shipments to the UK, EU, and other CITES signatory countries. Provided with every shipment of wild foraged mushrooms destined for countries requiring CITES clearance.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Each batch is tested by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory for microbiological, chemical, and physical parameters. This includes tests for moisture content, heavy metals, aflatoxins, microbial safety (Salmonella, E. coli) and overall product compliance with food safety standards. Provided with every shipment to demonstrate product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Phytosanitary Certificate (Department of Plant Protection DPP)
We obtain a Phytosanitary Certificate issued by Pakistans Department of Plant Protection (DPP) to verify that the mushrooms are pest free, disease free, and safe for international transport. This certificate ensures compliance with the import regulations of most countries. Provided with all shipments, especially required by customs authorities in UK, EU, GCC, and Asia-pacific markets.
Our Commitment to Quality & Compliance
We believe in complete transparency, traceability, and trust. Upon confirmation of your order, we will provide all required certificates digitally or in print along with your shipment. If your country or business requires additional documentation, we are happy to assist.
