Rooted in the majestic high-altitude forests of Gilgit-Baltistan, Swat, Malakand, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir in Pakistan, we hand-harvest our morels from some of the most ecologically pristine and globally celebrated mushroom foraging zones. These remote regions, nestled under pine, cedar, and hardwood canopies within the Himalayan, Hindu Kush, and Karakoram mountain ranges, offer the perfect natural environment for morels to thrive — producing mushrooms with exceptional aroma, rich umami flavor, and nutrient-dense structure.











Each morel we offer is carefully sun-dried, stem-trimmed, and sorted by hand, ensuring zero chemical exposure and strict hygiene standards from foraging to final packaging.
